Refund & Service Policy

Scope

Bigado provides (1) DIY digital services delivered via Startup Copilot (Starter $29 / Pro $99), (2) DFY consulting (project work), and (3) downloadable digital content (e.g., AI Toolkit). We do not sell physical goods. No returns by mail.

DIY Digital Services (Starter/Pro)

• Nature: Electronically delivered, business-use planning features and generated files; preliminary, non-stamped.
• Refunds: Purchases become non-refundable once accessed (when the interview is completed or any export/download occurs).

Limited refunds within 7 days are available only for:

1. Non-delivery — We cannot generate the promised deliverables and cannot fix within 3 business days.
2. Material defect — Blank/corrupted/missing major sections versus the product description, and we cannot regenerate within 3 business days.
3. Duplicate charge.

Not eligible: Change of mind; dissatisfaction with assumptions; incomplete/contradictory inputs; requests after 7 days.

How to request: Email refunds@bigado.com with order ID, issue, and screenshots/logs. We aim to resolve within 3 business days.

DFY Consulting (Deposit/Balance)

Deliverables: Decision‑ready planning pack (plan, block‑plan text, finish‑out brief, 12‑month model with scenarios, assumptions/risks). Preliminary, non‑stamped; not for permitting.

• Payments: 50% deposit to start, 50% balance at draft delivery.
• Cancellations/Refunds:
  • Before work begins: Deposit refundable minus payment fees.
  • After work begins & before draft: Refund any amounts beyond hours/milestones completed (at agreed rates); deposit otherwise non‑refundable.
  • After draft delivery: No refunds; one revision cycle included per proposal.
• Client duties: Provide timely inputs; delays pause timelines and do not trigger refunds.

Downloadable Digital Content (AI Toolkit, samples)

Non‑returnable once accessed. Replacement only for corrupt files we cannot rectify within 3 business days.

Taxes & Invoicing

DIY items are classified as Electronically Delivered Information Services — Business Use (txcd_10701410) where applicable. DFY is treated as professional/consulting services. Taxes vary by jurisdiction.

No Exchanges, No Shipping, No Physical Returns

We do not ship products; there are no exchanges or return‑to‑sender processes.

Chargebacks

We maintain delivery logs (timestamps, exports, file hashes) and product descriptions at time of sale. Please contact us first—we can usually resolve issues quickly.
