3. โ Add Your FAQs
Go to: FAQs > Add New FAQ
For each question:
- Title = the question
- Content = the answer (use formatting: bold, bullets, etc.)
- Assign Category (optional but useful)
- Tags = optional (e.g. โCRMโ, โOutreachโ, โAutomationโ)
Do this for all 20 FAQs from the list I provided earlier.
