CTO – Chief Technical Officer

Remote or Las Vegas Preferred | Equity-Based Role

Bigado Networks is a rapidly growing AI consulting firm focused on healthcare, legal, and regulated industries. Our flagship product, LeadTap™, is a 3-tiered digital business card and AI CRM platform that enables professionals to capture, convert, and close leads through voice/chat automation.

We’re seeking a visionary CTO to lead development of the LeadTap™ platform and our custom GPT agent ecosystem. This is a sweat equity role, perfect for someone who believes in building a scalable tech product and wants significant equity and long-term upside.

Key Responsibilities
Build and manage scalable AI-powered products (esp. LeadTap tiers)
Set development roadmaps for MVP → product-market fit
Lead AI agent deployment, integration with GHL, Zapier, APIs
Collaborate with CEO & CMO on fundraising, security, and compliance

Requirements
Strong backend/full-stack development skills
Experience with Node.js, WordPress (Elementor), GPT/LLMs, Zapier, CRM/lead tools
Must sign NDA due to provisional patents and IP strategy
